“I really enjoyed yesterday’s canvas art session as well as the mandala art sessions with Shilpi. Both were very nice and relaxing. There are so many things we feel we can’t do, but with her guidance, everything feels possible. For example, I never thought I would be able to complete a canvas painting like yesterday’s, but I did and it turned out really good. I had also never tried mandala art before, and those sessions have been equally wonderful. Sometimes we even meditate during the mandala classes, which makes the entire experience very calming.
