Data Deletion Request

Shilpkar is a solo art business operated by Shilpi Jain, based in Ebbsfleet Valley, Kent, UK. You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, and we'll do so free of charge.

How to request deletion

Email us at hello@shilpkar.co.uk with the subject line "Delete my data". Please send your request from the email address associated with your enquiry, booking, or account so we can verify it's you.

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data linked to Facebook Login

If you connected to Shilpkar using Facebook, the data we received (such as your name and email address) is treated exactly like any other account data described in our Privacy Policy. Sending the request above will permanently remove it from our systems. You can also revoke Shilpkar's access at any time from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.

What gets deleted

• Your account record and login details stored with us.
• Contact and enquiry data (name, email, phone, messages).
• Class booking and commission details linked to you.
• Any data we received via Facebook Login.

What we may need to retain

We may keep limited records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and invoice data needed for tax and accounting (typically up to 6 years). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Where retention is required, the data is kept only for that legal purpose and is not used for anything else.
